This route takes place near San Severino Marche, above the hamlet of Cesolo in the beautiful hills of Colmone.

The name is “Path of flavors” since it winds near six beautiful farmhouses, where you can taste genuine homemade products, such as excellent extra virgin olive oil, high-quality cheese and DOC wines, not to mention cold cuts and typical donkey meat.

You ride on gravel, asphalted roads and mule tracks.

  • Departure points: from the church of Cesolo or, if preferred, from the other agritourisms shown in the itinerary.
  • From the church of Cesolo, proceed towards the town of San Severino for about three hundred meters, at the intersection, turn left, then left again, climb to the top and continue left.
  • After 1 km you will find two farmhouses, and after another kilometer you will reach the main road.
  • Go right, continue on the uphill road up to a third farmhouse.
  • Continuing and reaching the end of the slope on the left, continue up to the ridge and turn right (uphill path).
  • Arriving at the gravel road on the right, after a long climb you will find another farmhouse from which you can admire a breathtaking landscape of enchanting beauty.
  • Climb up to the farmhouse and take the path to the right, go up ignoring other paths and then go back down to the pine forest.
  • At the pine forest, turn left for two hundred meters then take the right, uphill to the plain and turn left.
  • Go slightly downhill to the path you find on your right, follow it up to the road.
  • Cross the road and continue downhill, cross the stream and climb up to the top (asphalted road). Maintaining your right you will return to the starting point.
