During the first weekend of August, Pontile, hamlet of Fiuminata, prepares to become the hub of running athletes and amateurs from all over Italy. In fact, the annual Marcia dei 4 Ponti (‘March of the 4 Bridges’) takes place during this time. The march is a 12-km-long run immersed in the unspoiled nature of the Potenza Valley.
