An event that focuses on music and art. Since 2013, Face Off offers a rich calendar of events for an entire week, featuring artists from all over Italy and Europe.

The week of the festival is jam-packed with performances, shows, concerts, exhibitions, artistic picnics, as well as workshops for emerging artists.

In fact, Face off is also a place where culture and in-depth study can meet for a whole week, thanks to urban, contemporary and ballet, hip hop and aerial dance courses, not to mention whorkshops on film-making and creativity, organized by Compagnia Simona Bucci and with the presence of qualified professionals.

Face Off is also a combination between arts and food, and an unmissable opportunity to live Matelica’s historic centre and to discover its most beautiful places.

During the festival weekend, many live performances will also take place: to name a few, Boomdabash, Andrea Damante and Cristian Marchi have walked on the stage during the past editions of the festival. You will see the main square glimmer, filled with music and people that will gather around the huge bar placed near the octagonal fountain.

The festival take place at the beginning of September, and it gets people of every age involved, gathering thousands of people in Matelica’s square.
